The compact air source heat pump in the monobloc design ensures a high level of DHW convenience with its integrated 220 litre DHW cylinder.
The Vitocal 222-A air source heat pump is characterised by its separation into an indoor and an outdoor unit, with water-carrying connection lines. In addition to the control technology and high efficiency circulation pump, an enamelled DHW cylinder with a capacity of 220 litres is also installed in the compact indoor unit.
The newly developed inlet system ensures very good stratification, which allows a high draw-off volume of up to 290 litres (at 40 °C). The DHW demand can therefore be met with no difficulty. The compact air source heat pump is also set up to make optimum use of self-generated power from photovoltaic systems. System owners are therefore ideally equipped for environmentally responsible and futureproof heating with renewable energies.
A crucial advantage for system owners is the barely audible operation of the heat pump. In addition, the Vitocal 222-A monobloc air source heat pump can be used for both conventional heating and cooling in the warmer months of the year. This is made possible by the circuit reversal function.
Integrated Vitotronic control system with plain‑text and graphic display, offering intuitive operation and a clear system overview.
