The new range of 39CP air handling units is the latest generation of AHUs developed to meet the EN 1886 and EN13053 standards, integrating the most innovative components (filters, recovery units, fans, electric motors, etc.). Designed with a green building approach, the 39CP unit can play a part in achieving green building labels.

Casing

  • Double skin panels with 50mm mineral wool insulation
  • Moulded high strength bi-component polyurethane gaskets
  • Inside is perfectly smooth and even
  • Doors hung on high quality frames

Filters

  • Wide range of filter efficiencies, technologies and dimensions
  • On sizes 150 to 1350, compact filters are available to optimize energy consumption

Plate recovery unit

  • 3 efficiencies levels from 60% to 85%
  • Plate heat exchangers equipped with a total bypass on fresh air and access door to the servomotor
  • Condensate drain pan on exhaust air side

Rotary heat recovery system

  • 3 efficiency levels from 75% to 85%
  • Corrugated aluminum exchange medium
  • Adjustable midway and peripheral gasket to guarantee a minimum leak flow rate
  • Lateral inspection panel
  • Constant speed gear motor
  • Maintenance-free ball bearing

Electric heater

  • Shielded resistors in stainless steel scrolled finned tubes
  • Double insulation assembly
  • 2 safety thermostats

Fans

  • Forward-curved dual-inlet fan
  • Backward-curved dual-inlet fan
  • Steel scroll and impeller
  • Assembly on anti-vibration frame
  • Metal impeller plug fan turbine with AC motor

Sound attenuator

  • Different lengths of baffle depending on the required attenuation
  • Mineral wool of different densities
  • Galvanized panels

Standalone production steam humidifier

  • Aluminum steam distributor
  • Steamer with electrical cabinet and controller (IP20)
  • Proportional or on/off control
  • Duct/cylinder connection
